ABOUT THE COURSEE-tendering is the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) to improve the Tendering activities of an organisation. Just as the Internet and information technology are changing the way companies do business, they are changing how organizations deliver services to the clients and stakeholders.This course will explore the different phases in the development of e-tenderingg services. E-tendering has the potential to improve efficiency and transparency in the procurement processes. This course introduces the context of E-tendering and its application in procurement process and improved service delivery. The course will also focus on procurement process image building using international standards, including necessary structures required for effective E-tendering.Obviously the benefits of e-tendering are growing and among the potential merits are:
