Training Methodology
The week will include presentations, discussion and syndicate work. The emphasis however will be on experiential learning - learning by experiencing effective (and ineffective) behaviour in you and in others.
On this course all skills will be taught through a combination of theory and practice, which each delegate having the opportunity to gain confidence of their abilities in practice their skills in a safe environment.
